The cooperative is structured by geographic zones, each one of which has at least a representative in the Governing Council chosen by the partners of its zone, by means of an open system in which all the partners choose and are chosen.

In each one of these zones the cooperative has an opened installation of permanent way to take care of the necessities of the partners: it gives of his productions, provision of imputs, services and technical advising. In each zone service like average to 125 partners occurs who have a surface of culture of 10,000 Has.
